Ritika Honey Lal

Ritika Honey Lal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ritika has spent a significant portion of their career at The Smart Cube, where they started as an Analyst in May 2012 and worked their way up to become Director of Business Development in March 2020. Prior to this, they held roles such as Team Head and Senior Analyst at The Smart Cube. In 2019, they worked as a Director at Bohemian Hospitality Pvt Ltd. Ritika also has experience as an Intern at Good Living Consultants Pvt Ltd., where they worked in 2011. Ritika has additional experience as a Managment Trainee at Royal Bank of Scotland Business and as a Process Advisor at Barclays Shared Services Pvt. Ltd. Ritika also interned at Punjab National Bank in 2008. Ritika's expertise lies in business development, leadership, and strategic analysis. Currently, they have taken on the role of Ambassador at The Sustainable Procurement Pledge in September 2020.

Ritika Honey Lal completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Amity University during the period of 2010-2012. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Jesus and Mary College from 2006-2009. Ritika'seducational journey began at Holy Child Auxilium, where they studied commerce before entering college. In addition to their formal education, Ritika also holds a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from the British Standards Institution Training Academy.
