Hitesh Patel

Hitesh Patel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training and leadership development. As the Founder of XLR8 Training Ltd since July 2010, Hitesh provides freelance training focused on sales, leadership, presentation, and influencing skills. In addition, Hitesh serves as an Associate Trainer for The Smarty Train and TACK International, specializing in fostering confidence and competence in new talent and delivering Leadership and Sales training programs, respectively. Earlier professional roles include 9 years as an Associate Trainer and Consultant at Dale Carnegie, 1 year as a Design & Technology Teacher at Sawyers Hall College, and Account Director positions at BT Global Services and KPNQwest. Hitesh holds an MSc in Data Communication Systems from Southbank University, earned between 1987 and 1991. A notable personal experience includes a year of world travel, exploring 22 countries.
