Sam Green is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in sports technology and talent development. Currently serving as Associate Director of Operations at The Smarty Train since January 2019, Sam has effectively utilized a people-centred and data-driven approach to drive business growth by transforming insights into actionable strategies. Previously, Sam held various roles within The Smarty Train, including Head of Operations and Operations Lead, focusing on operational processes and business planning. Prior experience as Director of Tennis at Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd involved overseeing business development and operational projects globally, while earlier roles included Australasian Operations Manager and Senior Systems Operator. Sam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath.
