Cam Loveridge-Easther

Cam Loveridge-easther serves as a Paediatric and Oculoplastic Fellow and Advanced Ophthalmology Registrar at Capital & Coast District Health Board since August 2022. Simultaneously, Cam is a Growth Strategy/SNOMED advisor at CATTRAX LIMITED and a Research Fellow at The Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Institute, focusing on neuro-depressants' effects on the developing visual cortex under Dr. William V. Good. Previous experience includes roles as an Ophthalmology Resident at Canterbury District Health Board and Nelson Marlborough Health, where Cam initiated a macular virtual review service in response to COVID-19 and introduced a House Officer Quality Improvement program. Earlier involvement includes providing eye health services in Papua New Guinea and serving as the junior doctor representative on a clinical governance committee. Cam earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Otago between February 2007 and November 2012.
