Kwame Osei Owusu is a Youth Advisor at The Diana Award, where Kwame oversees the Changemakers Programme. Kwame is also a Candidate at The Social Mobility Foundation, an Author at A WORLD to INSPIRE, a Member at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, and a Team Lead at Delaware North. Additionally, Kwame is a Foundation Mental Health Trainee Pharmacist at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust and has experience as a Provisional Pharmacist and Acting Pharmacy Manager at Superdrug. Kwame has also worked as a Model at Models Direct and held various leadership roles at Levy Restaurants at the Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium. Kwame studied Master of Pharmacy at the University of Kent and has certifications in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Dispensing Assistant.

We unlock potential, broaden horizons and create opportunities, with and for ambitious young people who face structural barriers in education and work because of their socioeconomic background. We create more social mobility through our three interventions: - Directly supporting young people: We nurture the knowledge, confidence and networks of high-achieving young people through our programmes. - Influencing employers: We influence employers to ensure people people with potential can get in and get on in professional life. - Advocating for social mobility: We campaign on structural social mobility issues and amplify the voices of young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
