Terry Baillon

Terry BAILLON is an accomplished Performance Leader at Alpine Cars, where responsibilities include defining targets in collaboration with product managers, developing specifications with planning and project control teams, and ensuring performance objectives are met through engineering oversight and reporting. As an Alpine Master Driver, Terry focuses on enhancing vehicle performance consistency and competitive positioning across the Alpine range. In addition to the role at Alpine, Terry serves as a speaker at ESTACA, teaching vehicle dynamics and braking to engineering students. With a background at Renault Sport Cars as Chassis Dynamics Leader, Terry oversees the deployment and validation of steering, ride and handling, and braking performance, ensuring customer needs are met. Previously, Terry worked as an Engineer in Suspension and Measurement at HTi for Renault Sport Technologies, where a comprehensive methodology for suspension performance was developed. Terry holds a degree from ISAT.
