George Perry has an extensive background in the real estate industry, working in various roles and organizations throughout their career. George currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at The Solomon Organization. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Principal at Perry Real Estate, providing real estate valuation, capital fundraising, development, and investment advisory services. At Waypoint Real Estate Investments, they were the Senior Managing Director, Investments, where they built a debt investment platform. George also co-founded and served as the Managing Partner at Savanna Mezzanine Capital, a real estate private equity and asset management firm. Additionally, they held positions at Malkin Holdings/Malkin Securities Corp., where they were the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President, and later the Director of Investments.

George Perry has a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. George also holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from Tufts University. Prior to that, they attended Milton Academy for their high school education.
