Niladri Chakraborty

Niladri Chakraborty is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef at Carnival Cruise Line since February 2017, Niladri has also held positions as Executive Chef in the UAE and at Golden Tulip, and as Corporate Chef at The Sonnet. Previous experience includes Executive Chef at The New Kenilworth Hotel from April 2008 to January 2010. Niladri Chakraborty holds a degree in Hotel Management from IIAS in Kolkata, India.
