Stephen Haffer

Stephen Haffer has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Stephen currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Source+ Holding, a position they assumed in 2022. Prior to this, they founded Brookhouse Partners LLC in 2020.

From 2018 to 2020, Haffer worked as the SVP/Chief Customer Officer at Big Lots Stores. Before that, they held multiple roles at American Signature Inc. from 1992 to 2018, including Chief Innovation Officer/EVP of Omni-Channel Customer Engagement and Executive Vice President of E-commerce and Marketing. Stephen also served as the Vice President of Business Transformation and Integration, Vice President of Marketing Operations, and Divisional Merchandise Manager, among other positions.

In 2008, Haffer briefly worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Schottenstein Luxury Group, where they focused on developing new business opportunities for luxury brands.

Throughout their career, Haffer has demonstrated expertise in various areas including executive leadership, marketing, e-commerce, retail operations, and business development.

Stephen Haffer received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Tulane University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
