David Baird

David Baird has had a diverse range of work experience in the commercial real estate industry. David started their career in 1984 as the President of American Investors Bancor, where they served for 14 years. In 1998, Baird joined Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President and National Director Multifamily. David also worked as a Multifamily Specialist at Sperry Commercial. In 2014, they moved to Marcus & Millichap as the Senior Director IPA. Finally, in 2016, Baird became the National Director Institutional Investments at Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates.

David Baird attended California State University, Los Angeles from 1971 to 1975. David studied Political Science during their time at the university.
