John-Michael Davis

John-Michael Davis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. John-Michael started their career as an intern at Policy Impact Communications in 2011 before transitioning to the role of Account Executive and later Senior Account Executive at the same company. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Associate at Xenophon Strategies.

In 2016, John-Michael joined Keppler Speakers as a Sales Associate, where they generated leads, cultivated customer relationships, and managed contracts and invoice payments. John-Michael also collaborated with media production and utilized Salesforce for client and speaker management.

After leaving Keppler Speakers in 2018, they joined Kforce Inc as a Client Relationship Representative and later as a Talent Representative, specializing in Federal IT recruitment. During their time at Kforce, they identified and recruited qualified candidates, conducted interviews, and implemented appropriate recruiting techniques.

In 2019, John-Michael joined OmniTek Consulting, Inc. as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist. John-Michael'sresponsibilities included full-lifecycle recruiting, managing interviews and hiring negotiations, sourcing top talent through LinkedIn, and servicing partner firms such as management consulting groups supporting federal clients.

Most recently, John-Michael joined APA, LLC in 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The company is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in Navy PEO and Logistics efforts. John-Michael'srole involved providing consulting services and serving as a trusted advisor to organizations.

In 2022, they joined The St. James as a Lacrosse Coach.

John-Michael Davis attended Towson University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
