Peer Groothoff

Peer Groothoff has accumulated extensive experience in Information Technology management roles throughout various companies. Starting as an MIS Manager at IMIC Hotels in 1997, they progressed to roles such as Director of Information Technology at Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa and later Director of IT at China Grill Management. Peer'srecent positions include Director of IT Hospitality at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Vice President of Information Technology at The St. Joe Company. Through these roles, Peer has demonstrated a strong track record of overseeing IT operations, implementing technology projects, and ensuring efficient systems across multiple locations.

Peer Groothoff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. Additionally, they received a certification as a Certified Chef, Commis from Hotel Atlantic Kempinski Hamburg.
