Carlo Franco

Carlo Franco has extensive experience in youth engagement and community recreation, currently serving as the Youth Engagement and Training Manager for Right Track and Community Recreation Director for the City of Saint Paul since February 2017. Responsibilities include developing and managing programs for East Side Recreation Centers, implementing strategic programming plans aligned with city initiatives, and supporting over 200 young people annually through internship programs. Additionally, Carlo has worked as a Substitute Teacher with Teachers On Call since October 2021 to combat teaching shortages and served as Student Success Team Coordinator and Restorative Justice Coordinator at Saint Paul Public Schools from October 2017 to June 2021. Carlo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental and Child Psychology and Leadership from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2016.
