Daniel de la Rosa

Daniel De La Rosa is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at The St. Regis New York since April 2021. Previously, Daniel held the position of Executive Chef as a Task Force Executive Chef at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts from December 2020 to April 2021. Daniel's extensive experience includes serving as Chef de Cuisine at The St. Regis New York from July 2016 to November 2019, and as Executive Sous Chef at Westin Hotels & Resorts from April 2013 to June 2016. Earlier roles include Chef De Cuisine at Todd English Enterprises and Sous Chef at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Daniel began a culinary career as a Senior Sous Chef at E-Brands Restaurants.
