Stephen Matic

Stephen Matic has extensive experience in operations and management within the real estate sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and previously as Vice President of Operations at The Staenberg Group from January 2023 to March 2024. Prior to this role, Stephen was President at GM Realty Company from 2005 to February 2023, overseeing acquisitions, asset management, and a team of up to 25 staff members. Stephen also held the position of Vice President at GM Realty Company, focusing on construction project management and leasing. Earlier in a career, Stephen contributed as Investor Relations and Office Manager at Cardinal Growth, successfully raising $4 million in capital, and as Director of Processing and Leasing Agent at Chicago Apartment Finders, significantly expanding the firm's capacity. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies with an English major and Journalism minor from Northwestern University.
