Sonya van Beek

Sonya Van Beek is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in transformation and risk management. Currently serving at The Star Entertainment Group, Sonya specializes in transformation programs, having previously led multiple streams of work at Westpac Group focused on advice remediation. With a background in management consulting at KPMG Australia and significant roles at firms such as AMP, icare NSW, and Commonwealth Bank, Sonya has demonstrated expertise in establishing project management frameworks, overseeing large-scale implementations, and managing complex programs. Sonya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury, in addition to being a registered Prince2 practitioner.
