Toni C. is a seasoned researcher and educator with extensive experience in public and urban policy, sustainable development, and behavioral research. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher in UX at the National Domestic Workers Alliance and as a Visiting Scholar at the Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University, Toni has previously held positions such as Senior Behavioral Researcher at Duke University and Research Consultant at Gilder Gagnon Howe & Co. LLC. With a solid foundation in academia, including roles as an Adjunct Professor at Parsons School of Design and Doctoral Research Assistant at The New School, Toni's research background encompasses financial inclusion, urban sustainability, and project management in international development, evidenced by significant contributions at the British Embassy and the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the United Nations.
