Stephen Shomper

Stephen Shomper is an experienced professional in logistics and sales coordination, currently serving in multiple roles at The Strait & Lamp Group since June 2016, including Sales Coordinator, Corporate Dispatching, and Logistics Manager. In these positions, Stephen manages warehouse operations, production, and delivery of products, effectively serving as a liaison between sales, customers, and production. Prior to this, Stephen gained hands-on experience as a Hardware Technician, installing door hardware and ensuring timely job completion by coordinating with jobsite supervisors. Stephen also worked as a Dispatcher and Delivery Driver for McDonald's from June 2014 to May 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing shifts as a Shift Supervisor. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, obtained in May 2018, and has a foundational education from Shekinah Christian School, completed in 2014.
