Charlie MacGregor

Charlie MacGregor is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the hospitality industry, currently serving as CEO and Founder of The Social Hub since its rebranding in October 2022 from The Student Hotel. Under Charlie's leadership, The Student Hotel initially focused on providing superior accommodations for students but evolved to encompass a diverse community, expanding from one property in Rotterdam to a portfolio of 27 locations across Europe. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director of City Living, where Charlie refined business concepts and stakeholder management skills, as well as a role as Managing Director at Peaston & Co Ltd, which provided foundational business knowledge. Charlie's educational background includes attendance at Merchiston Castle School and Edinburgh Academy.
