Brendan Coughlin

Brendan Coughlin is a seasoned sports writer for The Sun Chronicle since October 2015, focusing on local high school sports coverage. Previously, Brendan served as a production intern at WBUR, collaborating with the Boston Globe’s Season Ticket Podcast, and gained experience as a news intern at WCVB Newscenter 5, assisting in the production of newscasts. As the sports editor for The Comment from 2014 to 2016, Brendan assigned stories to staff and edited their work. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Bridgewater State University, attained in 2016, and a high school diploma from Coyle and Cassidy High School.
