Mike Pearce

Mike Pearce is currently a Business Development Executive at The Sun Exchange. Prior to this, they worked as a Distributor Manager for Luxury Sub-Saharan Africa at Coty from August 2017 to August 2021. Mike also worked as a Sales and Trade Marketing Manager for Bio-Oil from January 2013 to August 2017 and as a Key Account Manager for Evolabs from July 2012 to December 2012. Pearce's first job was as a Deckhand on the Benetti Motor Yacht "Seanna" from June 2011 to April 2012.

Mike Pearce attended the University of Cape Town, where they earned a postgraduate diploma in business management. Mike also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University of Cape Town. Prior to their university studies, Mike Pearce attended Diocesan College (Bishops), where they completed their high school matriculation.

Mike Pearce reports to Louis Serfontein, Head of Business Development. They are on a team with Keanu Naidoo - Business Development Engineer, Rowan Jacklin - Business Development Executive, and Glynn Morris - Business Development Executive.
