Mischa Blecher

Mischa Blecher is a business development executive at The Sun Exchange. Prior to that, they were with ENERTRAG South Africa for four years, where they were responsible for renewable energy project development, business administration, and management.

Blecher was instrumental in establishing ENERTRAG South Africa's operations and developing its project pipeline. Mischa oversaw green-field site identification, feasibility analysis, and land acquisition, including the development of land agreements. Mischa also conducted detailed due diligence for project acquisitions and managed the procurement of wind measurement mast campaigns.

In addition to their work in project development, Blecher also oversaw ENERTRAG South Africa's land acquisition process, working with a team of land consultants across the country. Mischa was responsible for stakeholder engagement and site acquisition planning, including servitudes. Blecher was also responsible for the establishment of the company's IT architecture and network administration.
