Len Smith has extensive experience in the field of cricket grounds management, presently serving as the ECB/IOG Regional Advisor for IOG since February 2009. Prior to this role, Len held the position of County Cricket Head Groundsman at both IOG and Sustainablecricket.com from 1980 to 2008. Len's educational background includes attendance at Canton National Junior School and Severn Road Secondary Re-Modern in Cardiff.
