Michael Arieta is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and quality management. Currently, Michael serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at The Hinckley Company, a leading yacht manufacturer with over 700 skilled tradesmen across multiple brands and locations. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Systems Director for Analog Devices, where responsibility encompassed the implementation of Total Quality Management practices, and Director of Manufacturing at Cadence Inc., overseeing operations for a first-tier automotive supplier. Earlier career roles at Ford Motor Company included various engineering and supervisory positions, providing a solid foundation in design and production processes. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA, both from Union College.
