Steve Albany

I am a relationship builder focused on making strategic business connections that lead to mutually beneficial results. Much of my career has been spent working across the Omnicom network in a business development capacity, and this is where I exercised my belief that people, over product, is where true value lies. As Los Angeles has become the hub of major players in the creative industries, top talent is the key differentiator in a competitive market. I call The Talent Business home because of my passion for helping businesses build successful senior teams and helping individuals build successful careers. I grew up in Ohio, but have called Los Angeles home for sixteen years. As MD of our LA group, my focus is to help the West Coast (and our entire US operation) continue to grow and lead the way when it comes to innovation, creativity, and business transformation. I’m a former college basketball player and love watching and playing most sports, and trying new restaurants. My nickname is Tallbany... because of my last name and being very tall.
