Bhavya Arora

Bhavya Arora has a diverse background in various fields, with a focus on human resources and community building. They are currently working as the Head of Community & Ecosystem at The Talent Deck, where they have been since October 2023. Prior to this, Bhavya was a Founding Member at The Talent Deck from May 2022 to October 2023. They also worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at Sprinto from March 2023 to September 2023. Before joining Sprinto, Bhavya worked at Outplay as a Talent Management and Culture Partner from January 2021 to March 2023. Their previous experience includes positions at Synup as a Senior People Operations Executive and People Operations Executive, and as an HR generalist Intern. They also held roles at PROJECT EVE as an HR Intern, Christ University, Bangalore as a Deanery council member, Tecnotree Corporation as an HR Intern, Spoon University as a part of the Marketing and Event Team, Weber Shandwick as a PR Intern, and Mata Sundri College For Women as a Student convenor, where they organized a national conference on behalf of the Department of Psychology.

Bhavya Arora completed their education in the following institutions and fields:

- From 2017 to 2019, they attended Christ University in Bangalore, where they pursued an MSC Psychology (HRDM) degree with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

- Between 2014 and 2017, they studied at Delhi University, specifically at Mata Sundri College for Women, where they achieved a BA in Psychology Honors.

- From 2001 to 2014, Bhavya attended Presentation Convent Senior Secondary School, where they specialized in Commerce.
