Kayla Shannon

Kayla Shannon is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from The University of Findlay, earned between 2006 and 2010. Currently serving as General Manager at The Tap since January 2020, Kayla has demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills. Prior experience includes a role as Corporate Training Manager at Scotty's Brewhouse from August 2015 to July 2023, where Kayla played a key role in developing training programs for staff across the organization.
