Pat Mork is Vice President of Human Resources for Tapemark™. Pat joined Tapemark in 1997 as a human resource consultant with a specialty in recruiting and has risen through the organization to her current position as VP. Prior to joining Tapemark, her previous experience includes management support for benefits, recruiting, training, and organizational development for a large, multi-location organization.
As VP of HR, Pat's primary responsibilities are the management of staffing and recruiting, coaching Tapemark’s managers and supervisors, expanding the company’s skill-based training, and promoting employee relations and effective work performance of all employees. She drives employee and leadership development in support of the Tapemark values: Excellence, Responsibility, Integrity, Community, Knowledge, and Attitude. She was responsible for successful oversight of nearly $1 million of training for Tapemark employees, supported by a three-year Minnesota Job Skills Partnership grant.
Additionally, Pat led the establishment of an employee-driven wellness committee that is having a significant impact on the overall health of the Tapemark employee population.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State University in business administration along with a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification. In addition, she has served on the boards of Kaposia and Melpomene.
