Elliot Mulligan

Elliot Mulligan is an experienced journalist currently serving as the Breaking News Editor at The Telegraph since March 2024. Prior to this role, Elliot held several positions at the Daily Mail from July 2020 to March 2024, including Executive News Editor, where responsibilities encompassed running the Newsdesk, overseeing story commissioning, and acting as Foreign Editor.
