Carlo Goretti

Carlo Goretti is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Telepass since May 2020. Prior to this, he was the Group Head of Development and Compensation at Atlantia S.p.A. from March 2017 to May 2020. With extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, executive compensation, and reward programs, Carlo has also worked at Eric Salmon & Partners as an Executive Search Consultant and at Hay Group in various roles focusing on client management and key account development. Carlo holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
