Claudiu Constantin Dragomir

Claudiu Constantin Dragomir is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Team Leader in Process Engineering at The Timken Company since April 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating a process engineering team, leading process and product development, and overseeing capital planning. Dragomir has also held positions as Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Network and as Sr. Process Design Engineer, focusing on enhancing finishing operations and driving performance improvements. Before this, Dragomir contributed to the startup of a manufacturing facility as a Process Design Engineer and worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at CONFIND CAMPINA, specializing in storage tank and pressure vessel design. Early career experience includes an internship at The Timken Company as a CAD/CAM Designer, focusing on process improvement and CNC programming. Dragomir holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti.
