Mangesh Pantawane

Mangesh Pantawane, Ph.D., serves as a Principal Materials Engineer in Research and Development at The Timken Company since July 2022. Previously, Mangesh held the position of Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of North Texas from August 2017 to June 2022, where expertise was applied in additive manufacturing projects and operation of advanced manufacturing machinery. Mangesh also conducted extensive qualitative and quantitative analysis during tenure as a Research Assistant, contributing to 26 research publications. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Engineering from the University of North Texas, a Master’s Degree in Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy and Materials Science from COEP Technological University.
