Deidre then pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Public Policy Analysis from The University of Memphis from 2006 to 2008. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems degree, specializing in Business Information Technology: Data Analytics, from The University of Memphis. In 2016 and 2017, Deidre also completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence and Analytics from the same institution.
