Shalini Nair

Shalini Nair is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Analytics in the CDR Division at Moore, starting in April 2024, and previously held the position of Senior Analyst in the same division. Prior to this role, Shalini worked at TrueSense Marketing as a Fundraising Analyst from January 2023 to March 2024, where responsibilities included providing donor insights to enhance fundraising strategies for over 10 clients. With a strong foundation in digital analytics gained during nearly nine years at One & All Agency as a Digital Analyst, Shalini led comprehensive digital reporting initiatives. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at GENPACT, focusing on campaign management and performance analysis for the banking and fundraising sectors. Shalini holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from the Army Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Delhi University.
