Jodi Cohen

Jodi Cohen has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment. Jodi currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Tombras, a highly creative agency recognized by various industry publications. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at HeadFarmer, LLC, specializing in technology placements. Jodi also held the position of Senior Recruiter at CyberCoders, where they managed the full lifecycle of the recruiting process and placed candidates in various industries. Jodi has also served as the Director of Client Services at Creative Link Staffing and as a Practice Manager at Stride and Associates, where they managed teams and specialized in IT placements.

Jodi Cohen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, from the University of Arizona from 1994 to 1998.
