Elise Pereira

Elise Pereira currently serves as the Director of People Experience at The Trade Desk, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Pereira was with Meta from April 2020 to September 2023, leading the Work@Meta program, which focused on enhancing productivity and collaboration in a distributed work environment, as well as overseeing internal communications for the company's recruiting organization. Prior experience includes roles such as People Program Communications Lead at Google, Vice President of Employee Engagement at Edelman, and Director of Global Employee Experience at Etsy, where Pereira managed comprehensive employee engagement initiatives and communications during significant organizational changes, including an IPO. Earlier career highlights include managing internal communications at CIT and Deloitte, along with foundational roles at Towers Watson and Paige Marketing Communications Group. Pereira holds a B.S. in Public Relations from Syracuse University.
