Shantanu Goel

Shantanu Goel is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at The Trade Desk since 2021, Shantanu previously held the position of Engineering Lead for AI Accelerators Software at Google from 2019 to 2021, where Shantanu built and led teams focused on next-generation AI Accelerators. Prior to Google, Shantanu worked at Qualcomm from 2007 to 2019 as a Software Engineering Lead, contributing to the development of Snapdragon Chips and leading large teams in various advanced technologies, including AI Accelerators and security features. Shantanu's career began at Aricent as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in BSP development for Nokia BTS. Shantanu earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Punjab Engineering College in 2004.
