Angie Morris

Angie Morris is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and competition law. As the Vice President and General Counsel at Travelers since December 2022, Angie oversees legal strategies and corporate governance. Prior to this role, Angie served at Allstate Canada for over four years, fulfilling multiple senior roles including Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer, leading a team responsible for a wide array of legal functions. Angie's previous experience includes significant legal positions at The Hershey Company, Procter & Gamble, and various law firms, where Angie specialized in competition law, strategic legal advice, and corporate transactions across multiple international markets. Angie holds a JD in Business from Dalhousie Law School, a Master's in Economics, and a Bachelor's in Economics from Acadia University.
