Danielle Rich

Danielle Rich, PMP, serves as the Sr. Director Agile Delivery Lead at Travelers, where responsibilities include leading delivery efforts in the Business Insurance Data & Analytics Value Stream for the BI Modernization Program. With a career at Travelers spanning since June 2003, Danielle has held various roles, including Sr. Project Director and Sr. Scrum Master, focusing on dependency management and strategic alignment. Concurrently, Danielle is a certified Zumba Instructor since 2008 and has experience as a Group Exercise Instructor at YMCA of Greater Hartford until November 2019. Additionally, Danielle owned and directed Danza Fitness, LLC, promoting fitness through dance-inspired classes. Danielle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.
