Deric Morgando

Deric Morgando is an accomplished Vice President at Travelers with over a decade of experience in leading data and analytics initiatives. Currently, Morgando directs an Agile value stream that facilitates master data management, external data, data governance, and geospatial analytics across multiple functions. Previous roles include overseeing strategic planning for more than 120 data initiatives as VP of Data & Analytics Strategy and establishing an enterprise geospatial analytics practice as AVP – Enterprise Geospatial Lead. Prior to Travelers, Morgando held significant positions at Explore Information Services and Ducks Unlimited, where expertise in geospatial product development and analysis was demonstrated. Academically, Morgando holds an AS in Natural Resource Planning from North Dakota State University, a BS in Natural Resource Planning from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and an MS in Geography from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
