Donna Hentnick

Donna Hentnick is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Talent Management at Travelers since March 2008. In this role, Donna leads Leadership and Career Development practices, focusing on aligning leadership development with corporate culture and enhancing performance management. Prior to joining Travelers, Donna held several positions at The Hartford from July 1988 to February 2008, culminating in the role of VP Human Resources, and also served as HR Director for Individual Life. Donna's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and further studies at the University of Connecticut School of Business.
