Erin Bolduc

Erin Bolduc is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Travelers since March 2021, Erin leads generalist support for the Bond & Specialty Insurance business. Prior to this, Erin worked at The Hartford for nearly 17 years, holding multiple positions including VP of HR for the Global Specialty business and VP of HR for Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics. Additionally, Erin has been involved in executive and non-executive compensation strategies and has supported the Hartford Investment Management Company. Earlier career experience includes serving as Labor Relations Manager at United Technologies. Erin holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Rensselaer at Work and a BSBA in Business from the University of Arizona.
