Gary Pedvin

Gary Pedvin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership within the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Operational Effectiveness and Business Insurance Operations Quality Lead at Travelers since February 2005. Pedvin has successfully driven transformational leadership and change management initiatives that enhance customer and employee experiences while streamlining operational delivery. Previous roles include National Operations Director for Small Commercial and Regional Operations Director for the Southwest territory, where Pedvin focused on operational efficiency, compliance, and profitability. Prior to Travelers, experience at Safeco Insurance involved training and developing staff, managing departmental budgets, and implementing process improvements across various roles, including Field Operations Specialist and Division Administration Manager.
