Janette Rivera

Janette Rivera, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations at Travelers since July 2012, where previous roles also included Director and Manager of Human Resources. Prior to Travelers, Janette held the position of Human Resources Generalist III at Waste Management from August 2009 to July 2012, and served as a Human Resources Generalist at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Janette was the Human Resources Manager at Safeco Insurance from January 1999 to January 2006. Janette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and possesses professional certification in Human Resources.
