Katey Simonson

Katey Simonson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, development, and education management. Currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure End User Experience at Travelers since November 2005, Katey focuses on enhancing user and customer experiences while aligning innovative solutions with customer priorities. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Development and Training Manager, where Katey managed teams and oversaw various training initiatives across the company. Additional experiences encompass academic roles at the University of Phoenix, Capella University, and Walden University, as well as operational leadership at Mintahoe Catering & Events. Katey holds an MA in English Composition from North Dakota State University and a BA in English from the University of Minnesota Morris.
