Lisa Caputo

Lisa Caputo is currently the EVP Marketing, Communications and Customer Experience at Travelers. Prior to this, they were with Best Buy as their Chief Marketing Officer. Before that, they were with Citi for 11 years where they were the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. Lisa has also been with Disney Publishing Worldwide and CBS Corporation. Lisa Caputo started their career at The White House where they were the Press Secretary to the First Lady and Deputy Assistant to the President.

After graduating from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French, Lisa Caputo went on to earn a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.

They are on a team with Bruce R. Jones - EVP Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer, Gregory C. Toczydlowski - EVP & President of Business Insurance, and Nicholas Seminara - EVP, Chief Claim Officer. Their manager is Alan D. Schnitzer, Chairman & CEO.
