Sara Puglielli

Sara Puglielli is currently a participant in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program at Travelers, where rotations include People Analytics, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation. Previously, Sara interned with Travelers, collaborating on pension benefit projects and contributing to a capstone presentation for senior HR leaders. Experience also includes a role as Team Leader at the School of Swimming, overseeing staff and managing emergencies, as well as an internship at ProMold Plastics focusing on recruitment and onboarding. Sara holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, with concentrations in Human Resource Management and Applied Analytics, and minors in Communication and Psychology.
