Tom Dunham

Tom Dunham is an accomplished technology and product management executive with extensive experience in software engineering and AI. Currently serving as the SVP of Technology and Product Management at The Trevor Project since November 2022, Tom focuses on building and enhancing technology-driven crisis support for LGBTQ youth. Previously, Tom was the Head of Software Engineering at Guaranteed Rate, leading product development and optimizing customer experiences. At Charles Schwab, Tom held dual roles as Managing Director for Software Applications Engineer and Product Management, driving innovation and managing significant budgets for Contact Center technologies. Early career experiences include Vice President of Product and Engineering at Telerus, where Tom implemented Agile methodologies, and Managing Partner at WWOW Communications, where operational improvements led to revenue growth. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from UC Santa Barbara and has completed coursework for an MBA with a technology emphasis at the University of Denver.
