The Crisis Services team at The Trevor Project is dedicated to providing immediate, compassionate support to LGBTQ young people in crisis. This team operates the 24/7 phone lifeline, chat, and text services, managing and responding to urgent needs through multiple digital platforms. They are pivotal in ensuring that every young person who reaches out receives timely intervention, emotional support, and resources to navigate their challenges safely. The team includes supervisors, counselors, and associates who work collaboratively to maintain the efficacy and reliability of these critical services.
