Alex Kimball

As Staff Accountant, Alex Kimball focuses on supporting the accounting and finance team in endeavors to maximize the return on financial assets. He assists in quarterly reporting, reconciles property equity accounts, prepares support files for audit and tax reporting, and participates in a number of ad hoc reports required for investors and the Board of Managers. He is versed in qualitative and quantitative analysis, including conducting research to establish valuation as well as to support market identification.

Alex is a recent graduate of Miami University, Oxford Ohio earning a BS in Business, with a major in Business-Economics and a minor in Political Science.

Recently relocated to Denver from the east coast, Alex enjoys volunteering for community improvement projects, supporting local community outreach for those in need, and enjoying the outdoors.
